Join us in Fort Valley, GA for a new shooter beginner mounted shooting clinic series.  The series includes 3 dates. It would benefit the participant to come to all 3 dates, but this is not required. We will be building on skills learned each week. The goal of the clinic series is to help already competent riders (riders who can ride confidently with one hand at a walk/trot/canter) expose their horses to gunfire so that the horse and rider could begin mounted shooting practices and/or compete at the local level. It is important to note horses do develop at different rates and some horses may need more time. The methods used to introduce gunfire to the horses are quite successful but like people, some horses may need more time or may not be good candidates for mounted shooting.
